APPLICANTS/EMPLOYEES
- Does Crickett provide medical
benefits?
Yes. Medical benefits are available for employees who are
working a full time (35 hours or more) schedule.
- How and when do I
get paid?
Employees are paid weekly; payday is Thursday. You may choose
our direct deposit program or we can mail your check to
you.
- Where
are most of your clients located?
Most of our clients are in Westchester County however we
also have clients in Rockland, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.
- Do
you have permanent positions?
Sometimes. Many of our temporary jobs become permanent positions
after working as a temporary for a while, what we call temp-to-hire
positions.
- Do I pay a fee for
your services?
No. There is no fee to our applicants or employees.
EMPLOYERS/CLIENT COMPANIES
- Do you have temporary
personnel who can work for several months?
Absolutely. Many of our registrants are looking for long-term
assignments.
- What is the procedure
should I wish to hire one of your temporary employees?
There are a couple of options available. You should contact
our office and speak to one of our service representatives
for a full explanation of the terms.
- Do you test your temporary
employees?
Yes. Every registrant receives a minimum of 3 written aptitude
tests. Additional tests are administered according to the
individual’s skill set.
- What does your screening
process involve?
Our screening process is fairly extensive. It includes reference
checking, verification of employment and identification,
and of course a face-to-face interview.
